Sturgis Hospitalis a 94-bed licensed, acute care facility. Nearly 40 active Medical Staff members, available within the Sturgis and surrounding communities, represent a wide variety of specialties. Sturgis Hospital has a commitment to maintain state-of-the-art diagnostic technology, which includes Angiography, CT Scanning, Mammography, Mobile MRI, a Sleep Disorder Laboratory and Spect Imaging and Ultrasound.

By demonstrating compliance with the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organization's national standards for health care quality and safety, Sturgis Hospital, its laboratory and home health division have earned the Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval^TM.

In 2005, Sturgis Hospital will break ground on a $15 million expansion project which will include a new Birthing Center/Surgery addition and significant renovation of the existing building.

 

 

Three Rivers Health has been named a national award winner by Avatar International, Inc., for two awards for service excellence. Cited for "Exceeding Patient Expectations," and "Most Improved: Ambulatory Surgery Care," the awards are based on 2002 patient surveys. The facility has 60 beds, 20 of which are dedicated to rehabilitation, and also has nearly 40 active Medical Staff members.
