CONSTANTINE – As part of Harvest Festival activities, an open house will be held September 11 from 1 – 3 p.m. at the Constantine Commerce Center located at 186 S. Washington Street in Constantine. The center is a small business incubator established to provide low-cost rent and professional support services to help start-up businesses. Open house attendees will have the opportunity to tour the facility, examine the amenities and meet the support staff.

In addition to the reasonable rental prices, the center features shared resources such as a conference room, fax machine, copier, part-time support staff and high-speed internet service. Tenants can also take advantage of a support system including the St. Joseph County Economic Development Corporation, the Small Business & Technology Development Center, SCORE, Western Michigan University, Glen Oaks Community College, the Three Rivers and Sturgis Chambers of Commerce and local business consultants.
